Description

Mrs King's award-winning hand finished pies are baked and jellied in our bakery in the heart of Melton Mowbray. Made with seasoned pork shoulder, encased in a rich, hot water crust pastry, surrounded by succulent bonestock jelly.

To ensure you get the very best taste experience, take your pork pie out of the fridge to come up to temperature for 30 minutes and then get stuck in.

Our pork pies are typically delivered with a life of 6 days.

Delivery

To ensure our chilled products are out of refrigeration for as little time as possible, we deliver all of our goods via DHL's tracked next-day 24hr courier service. We are only able to deliver to England and Wales mainland addresses, which excludes Ireland, Scotland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands.

Items are packed into sustainable cardboard boxes insulated with fleece liners for truly eco-friendly packaging and frozen ice packs to help maintain temperature during shipping.

Delivery days are Tuesday – Friday. Our courier typically delivers between 8.30am - 5.30pm. If nobody is available, it may be left safe place.

Please note our pork pies and sausages are usually delivered with a life of 6 days.

"As it’s so difficult to find a decent pork pie anymore I decided to try these. I ordered two to start with as I knew I would have to freeze one and wasn’t sure how it would work. As it happens if you check the internet there is a simple method that works well. I tried two different pies to compare. Both were really tasty and had some jelly in them just like the old days.
