1912, a Stilton® like no other. Crafted and perfected over 100 years.

Clawson Farm's master cheesemakers hand select every piece of 1912 Stilton® to ensure only the highest graded quality goes into every pack. This craft and passion takes you on a journey from pure creaminess to intense tanginess, with layers of flavour in every crumbling bite.

  • All the packaging including the film protecting the cheese is recyclable.
  • Their dairy cows are cared for to the highest welfare standards, spending on average 180 days grazing outside each year - the rest of the time, like people, they prefer to avoid the rain!

  • They only source milk locally, from three designated Stilton® counties, cutting down our road miles. Stilton® has protected designation of origin status. This means Stilton® can only be produced in and with milk from Leicestershire, Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire.

Delivery

To ensure our chilled products are out of refrigeration for as little time as possible, we deliver all of our goods via DHL's tracked next-day 24hr courier service. We are only able to deliver to England and Wales mainland addresses, which excludes Ireland, Scotland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands.

Items are packed into sustainable cardboard boxes insulated with fleece liners for truly eco-friendly packaging and frozen ice packs to help maintain temperature during shipping.

Delivery days are Tuesday – Friday. Our courier typically delivers between 8.30am - 5.30pm. If nobody is available, it may be left safe place.

Please note our pork pies and sausages are usually delivered with a life of 6 days.
