198km Professional Men’s cycle road race between the towns of Oakham and Melton. One of only five British events forming part of the Union Cycliste Internationale’s Europe Tour calendar.
Britain’s longest running single day international cycle road race over a unique on and off road route which takes the competitors just over 4 and a half hours to complete, and its final 20 km of racing played out in and around Melton with its finish right in the town centre at 4.15pm.
