OVERVIEW

What is the Pie-oneers Club?

The Pie-oneers Club is our monthly subscription where you receive a curated selection of savoury treats—think Pork Pies, condiments, cheese, drinks, savoury snacks and Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe merch.

How does the subscription billing work?

Your subscription renews monthly after your first payment. Hampers are sent on the last Thursday of every month. Sign-ups after the 16th will receive their first hamper the following month.

Is there a minimum term or commitment?

No minimum term—cancel any time.

Can I try a single box before subscribing?

Single purchases aren’t currently available for Pie-oneers boxes.

Is there a discount for subscribing?

Yes—get 40% off your first box when you join the Pie-oneers Club.

FLAVOURS, CUSTOMISATION & DIETARY NEEDS

Can I choose the items in my box?

Boxes are curated by our team each month around different themes and flavours.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or allergen-free options?

At the moment we do not offer vegetarian or gluten-free pies.

Are ingredients and allergens listed?

Yes—full ingredients and allergens are shown on product pages at purchase, with descriptions for each item.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

When will my subscription be delivered each month?

Hampers are scheduled to arrive on the last Thursday of every month.

What is the cut-off to make changes to my next box?

We attempt payment on the 16th of every month. Please make any changes before then.

Do you deliver nationwide or internationally?

We currently deliver to postcodes in mainland England and Wales only.

What if I’m not home when the delivery arrives?

Couriers may leave your hamper with a neighbour or in a nominated safe place if you’re not in.

How is the Pie-oneers box packaged? Is it insulated?

Items are packed in sustainable cardboard boxes with WoolCool fleece liners and frozen ice packs to help maintain temperature in transit.

FRESHNESS, STORAGE & REHEATING

How fresh are the pies/products and how long do they last?

Pies are freshly baked. We aim for a minimum of six days’ shelf life on delivery. If you plan to enjoy them later, you can freeze for up to three months.

Can I freeze the pies? How do I defrost them?

Freezing: Keep the pie wrapped in its parchment paper, then wrap in tinfoil, place in a polythene freezer bag and freeze—up to three months.

Defrosting: Remove the polythene bag but keep the tinfoil and parchment on. Defrost in the fridge for 24 hours. One hour before eating, remove all wrapping and let flavours develop.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

How do I change my delivery address or payment method?

Email hello@porkpie.co.uk and we’ll update this for you.

How do I skip, pause or cancel my subscription?

You can manage this anytime via your account dashboard—no long-term commitment required.

Can I change subscription frequency or quantity?

Yes—email hello@porkpie.co.uk with your request and we’ll help.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and digital wallets including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind? Will I be charged after a certain date if I cancel?

You can cancel, skip or pause at any time, but please do so before the 16th of the month. Changes after the 16th will apply to the following month and you’ll still be charged for the upcoming box.

DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ORDERS

My subscription arrived damaged—what should I do?

Please email hello@porkpie.co.uk with your name, address and photos of the damaged delivery. We’ll investigate with our courier and get back to you as soon as we can.

My box didn’t arrive / tracking shows delivered but I don’t have it.

Email hello@porkpie.co.uk with your name, address and order number. We’ll investigate with our courier.

GIFTING & CORPORATE ORDERS

Can I send the subscription as a gift?

Gifting isn’t currently available for Pie-oneers subscriptions.

Do you offer corporate or bulk subscriptions?

Yes—please contact hello@porkpie.co.uk with your requirements.

DISCOUNTS

Can I use discount codes on subscriptions?

Discount codes can’t be used on subscriptions—but new members get 40% off the first monthly box.

I can’t find the “Manage my subscription” link—what should I do?

First, make sure you’re logged in to your account dashboard. If you still can’t find it, email hello@porkpie.co.uk and we’ll help.
